A Michelin-starred experience wrapped in restraint and poetry. Designed as a visual echo of JAG’s nature-forward cuisine, the interior channels alpine calm through washed timber, earthy accents, and delicate botanical references. Framed by the heritage bones of STPI’s gallery space, ALBD balanced soft daylight with sculptural lighting and curated art to honour both the food and its setting. Every seat is positioned for intimacy, every detail designed to breathe.
