At A Life By Design, we believe every space tells a story – one that, when carefully revealed, can elevate both aesthetic and value. When invited to reimagine a duplex in Dubai Marina, the opportunity was clear: to shape an interior narrative that would transform a fragmented shell into something far greater than the sum of its parts. We encountered the property mid-renovation – exposed, disjointed, and without clear direction. Yet beneath the surface lay strong potential: a layout ready for reinvention, volumes with promise, and a vantage point deserving of something exceptional. In Dubai’s luxury market, design must do more than impress – it must resonate. This project redefined a transitional space into a coveted marina side residence . From spatial planning to detailing, each move was deliberate – unlocking visual appeal. Pushing the boundaries of conventional luxury, ALBD introduced bold gestures in colour, form, and flow. Sculptural elements, tonal depth, and curated contrasts came together to challenge expectation while enhancing livability. The result is a home that feels elevated, personal, and enduring.
